Our late fee applies after every 15 minutes ($30).

All clients are expected to pay for their appointment immediately after the service has been provided IN CASH or Zelle (954).536.1357.

You are aware if you cancel the day of your appointment or do a no call/no show you will be charged for the full amount of your service due to limited availability.

If the client wants to reschedule, it must be done 5 days before the initial appointment date, failure to do so, will attract a reschduling fee of $50

Items Lost/Misplaced
Chessentmedia.LLC is not responsible for any items lost in the studio. However, if an item is misplaced the photographer will help the client to find any items that might have been misplaced or missing after the shoot.
Need Photos Back Fast?
ALL shoots must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to assure studio availability!
NORMAL RETURN TIME 1-2 WKS. MAX
Need your photos back fast? Just tell the photographer on the day of you would like to expedite your edits (additional prices may vary). With this option its guaranteed fast delivery (1-3 DAYS). Any failure to comply will result in the photographer giving the client back a partial refund upon request.
Photoshoot Requirements
(These requirements may NOT apply to all clients, but it solely depends on the "look" you would like to achieve for the photoshoot)
ALL:

Hair - Hair & edges must be laid flat. Edges MUST be present.

Makeup - Make up must be blended & beat down to the new ground you are about to walk on.

Nails & Toes - Same color.

Shaved/Waxed - Everything.
Note this:
Photos are considered intellectual property because they are the results of the photographer’s creativity unless it is agreed otherwise.
That means that the photographer is the copyright owner of the photos and has the right to post the pictures after finally edit.
